Fanari

Fanari area , in the northest part of the island,  only 6 km from Mykonos town (old port) and 4 km from the new port (Tourlos)  is well known as one of the best view spots of Mykonos, overlooking the Aegean archipelago including the island of Tinos, Syros and Delos. The famous lighthouse(Armenistis) built in 1891, is one of the 'must visit' spots in Mykonos mostly for the scenery around it . From there you may see all the boats arriving and departing Mykonos ports.
